Had 3 specialists under direct supervision, job responsibilities included: analyzing FLBZ data, in particular Time Series analysis of En-Route and Terminal flights; forecasting of En-Route Unit Services; drafting the Business Plan for MoldATSA taking into account the constraints of the ATM Master Plan, ESSIP and LSSIP-Moldova. • Drafted the Unit Rates for both: Terminal and En-Route charges.

• Offered advice to the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure regarding the development of CNS/ATM services and taking the necessary steps to ensure that MoldATSA complies with all the required EU Regulations, in particular with EC Reg 552/2004 (Interoperability Regulation) and EC Reg 549/2004 (Framework Regulation).

• Drafted reports regarding updates in Moldova to ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization).
